Remember: if you don't successfully report 2016 PQRS data, you'll be subject to a -2.0% PQRS payment adjustment in 2018. In addition, unsuccessful 2016 PQRS reporting will trigger an additional payment adjustment of -2.0% (-4.0% for groups of 10 or more) from the Value-Based Payment Modifier.
