About CSMS WINS

In the Fall 2022, the Ad Hoc Committee on the Advancement of Women in Medicine, established by the 184th president Dr. David Hass, launched the CSMS WINS initiative. The committee's mission is to create an organized network of individuals dedicated to improving the professional advancement of women physicians in the state. CSMS WINS represents the culmination of the Ad hoc Committee’s mission. The specific endeavors and offerings include:

• Network (through Lecture and Networking Series)
• Advance (through a Career Advancement Training Certificate program)
• Learn (through research projects)
• Elevate (through mentorship programs)
